We understand the emotional distress when a loved one has been arrested and it is our policy to minimise the effects this has on them by offering clients and their loved ones proper legal advice and support. We have legal aid franchise in crime and provided clients qualify funding can be applied for promptly. We also offer competitive rates for privately funded clients.
We are able to offer legal advice under the legal help scheme on most matters, however please note that it does not cover the following: debt, employment, welfare benefits, immigration, conveyancing, probate and parking offences.
If you are in receipt of benefits or on a low income, you may be eligible for help with your legal costs. We will require proof of your income; please bring along the following documents where applicable:
Proof that you are claiming benefits (please note that this must not be more than 3 months old) you can always obtain confirmation that you are on benefits from your Job Centre

- Student Loan letter
- Redundancy Letter
- Support Letter (where you are not working and not in receipt of benefits but are being supported by someone e.g. friend or relative)
